This section will describe the QI System in place being utilized in the Mid-Coast Region.  Also included is information about the 2010 initiatives requested by Maine EMS not only including QI Plan improvements, but to include the development of Service Medical Directors into the system as well as OLMC training.  We are asking that services complete a brief QI Survey and forward thier current plnas being used to the MCEMS QI Committee..   Colin Coor, MD, the Regional Medical Director, has scheduled a case review in each county for the fiorast quarter of 2010 utilizing EMS Runs that are useful for educational purposes for BLS & ALS, not necessarily from the local area.  See "Special Programming" _______________________________________
